Our store is hosted on Stripe. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your payment information is stored on the secured third-party platform, STRIPE, and users are encouraged to read and review Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policies. You acknowledge that Plugged Inn is not liable for the safety and security of payments and payment information through any third-party platforms. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you always agree to maintain the security of your account username and password. Violation of not having a valid card will may result in a termination of your access to Plugged Inn’s Services and/or Terms of Service.
By posting or submitting any material on or through our Websites such as comments, posts, photos, images or videos or other contributions, you are representing that you are the owner of all such materials and that you are at least 18 years old.

Posting any of the mentioned Content above gives the right to Plugged Inn to revoke your membership at any time.
Plugged Inn Members will receive exclusive access to the chat group facilitated through the online platform, Discord. Membership provides information, tools, and education on obtaining shoes, clothing and other goods for retail. The chat group allows 24/7 support and chat for all users with many of our expert staff.
Plugged Inn provides no express or implied warranty or representation of any kind that members will sell goods or make profit. (See Section 9 below).
Plugged Inn is not responsible for the terms of service or policies of any third-party platform or thirdparty vendor, nor is Plugged Inn responsible for the acts, omissions, or liability of any third-party.
Members must abide by the Plugged Inn Discord Chat rules set out bellow:

1. No spam - This includes but is not limited too, loud/obnoxious noises in voice, mention spam, character spam, image spam, and message spam.
2. No racist or hate content towards another member (racial slurs are not allowed)
3. No advertising other discord servers/services (unless permission is given)
4. Doxxing another member is not allowed, that includes posting pictures of people.
5. DO NOT TALK in important, release, any channel where member chat is not allowed
6. No cracked bots/services are allowed
7. Fraud/j*gs involving any sort of illegal activity is not allowed
8. LEAKING IS NOT TOLERATED.
9. Do not share accounts, if we find out, we will ban your account.
Repeated complaints from other members/breaking any of the above rules will result in your license being terminated without refund.
We do not allow reselling of active Plugged Inn accounts or keys (“keys” provide access to the Plugged Inn platform) or selling Plugged Inn accounts in a burner Discord WITHOUT admin approval. We only allow the sale of brand-new keys and anyone caught selling or reselling keys will be immediately banned from the Websites without a refund.
Breaking any one of the above-mentioned rules may result in a temporary restriction of your account, and in case of a repeated rule-breaking we reserve the right to impose a permanent ban to your account or take such other action as we see fit. This may include taking legal action and/or reporting offending users to the relevant authorities if you infringe on another person's rights or violate any law, rule or regulation.
Keys can only be sold with administrator approval. Failure to ask for approval may lead to termination of the account key indefinitely.
Payments are made through Stripe, a third-party application, via credit or debit card.
There are NO REFUNDS (unless it was our Company error)

It is up to the responsibility of the user/customer to cancel their own membership.
Plugged Inn is not responsible when a user incorrectly leaves the server and payments are charged, as all information on how to cancel can be found in our server or email orders@pluggedinn.io

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.
